All arrangements are made by e-mail and phone. If you want to talk to us by skype it is possible with prior appointment.
We’ll correspond with you well in advance in order to arrange your trip and settle everything, till the moment we meet.
If you book one of our packages from the website, you will have to pay only 50% advance payment before your arrival. We will pick you up at the airport, transfer you to your hotel and explain you about the trip in detail. You will pay the 50% balance of your trip on the same day.
For any other different booking (train tickets, domestic flight tickets etc.) you will be requested to pay the fullprice in advance as those services are paid in full and seldom refundable.
